For the Marketing department within Partner Services, we?re searching for a Retention Specialist, someone who?s customer-centric and data-driven and has deep knowledge of CRM and Loyalty.

Your Job

As the retention specialist you?ll develop new ways and optimize existing marketing initiatives that drives restaurant acquisition and retention on a global level. You?ll be responsible for defining and leading Takeaway.com?s Partner Restaurants engagement and retention strategy. You?ll lead the implementation and management of loyalty initiatives, partner closely with our Partner Brand team, Growth team, CRM team and Data team to deliver initiatives and programs that drives retention. You?ll be accountable for understanding the key drivers and metrics to restaurant retention journeys, programs and all other related activities on a strategic level. You?ll report directly to the Marketing Growth Manager. 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse restaurant data and campaigns to enhance our partner restaurant?s understanding and derive insightful findings for future initiatives;
  • Develop data-driven strategies to retain restaurants and develop customer lifetime value
  • Develop intelligent campaign journeys and exciting content to trigger our partner restaurant?s engagement to our platforms
  • Analyze and determine what behaviors and patterns make restaurants successful
  • Create, plan and implement new projects and develop creative ideas that help improve restaurant success
  • Develop, optimize and support the execution of our Partner Restaurant Program

Your Profile

  • A bachelor/academic degree in Business/Marketing or related field
  • Excellent understanding of email marketing program (eg. Salesforce), concepts and metrics
  • Basic (or excellent) knowledge of HTML and SQL
  • A sound understanding of data and segmentation methodologies
  • Worked in a data driven environment
  • Organized, great attention to detail, and highly motivated
  • Understanding of email best practices, metrics and associated KPIs
  • Fluent in English (our company language) 
  • 4 (or more) years of working experience in a similar role.
