Do you enjoy back-end CRM automation development challenges and always strive to the most customer centric approach? Our CRM team is looking for a technical developer who loves marketing automation implementations.

Your job:As a developer you will be part of our rapidly expanding CRM team. Alongside with your technical teammates, you will develop and maintain modules and templates used for personalized customer journeys. You will help to develop the technical vision and landscape of the CRM team while enforcing coding standards and maintaining quality and having fun, of course.You will work on a variety of projects related to the growth of our business. In addition to HTML and CSS, you will also work extensively with SQL, REST API, functional landing pages, live contents and other tools that will increase the team?s efficiency. Your biggest kick will come from using technology to personalize the best in class food delivery experience for millions of customers. You are part of one of the ?Customer Relationship Management? Team which has a clear focus to improve retention, based on clear data-insights developed in cooperation with our Data and Analytics team. Therefore, the people in the team have different backgrounds and roles to achieve the goal (and thereby opportunities to learn from your peers). By doing so you have a big contribution to Takeaway.com's growth strategy. The position in short, you:
  • Are knowledgeable about email campaign best practices and will help discover cool ideas as technology advances
  • Will develop and code responsive automated email templates for personalization
  • Are capable of gathering business requirements and translating them into technical designs, and solutions and prototypes
  • Will help with data integrations within platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Leanplum, Redshift, AWS) via SFTP, REST API and Webhooks
  • Will monitor the campaign technical performance in terms of delivery and system status
  • Are able to collaborate with amazing digital experts across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions
  • Will design and maintain new and existing programming customizations to the SFMC
  • Assist with the creation of new campaigns, including data configuration, audience creation, and utilization of capabilities in the platform
 Your profile:
  • A bachelor/academic degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent
  • 3+ years of marketing automation platform development experience including;
    • Developing SQL with a RDBMS such as MySQL, MS SQL Server, T-SQL
    • HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript
    • REST APIs, SOAP APIs and other integration techniques
    • Developing complex dynamic contents and personalizations (preferably AMPScript), trigger send automations and customer journeys
  • Excellent understanding of relational databases required
  • Deep knowledge with any of the marketing automation platforms preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Leanplum
  • Experience with setting up push notifications, in-app and inbox messages is a plus
  • Experience delivering projects using Agile based methodology
  • Designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions
  • Passionate about the digital landscape with desire for continuous learning and advancement
  • You are a team player who can collaborate and support internal and external Salesforce Marketing Cloud users
  • Fluent in English (our company language)
