All about the role:

In German-speaking customer service, you can independently process written customers and restaurant requests. With a wide range of concerns, you can keep an overview and find the right solution. Your tasks:

  • Written processing of customer and partner concerns (e.g. complaints about an order or changes in opening hours)

  • Close cooperation with other specialist departments

  • Clarification and independent problem solving in different areas 

  • Master data maintenance

Can you deliver:

  • completed training and / or relevant professional experience (you are also welcome as a career changer):For example, you work in retail, wholesale or foreign trade, are employees in sales / distribution, catering / hotel management or have been doing something completely different so far, but are open-minded and not inexperienced on the computer 

  • you work in 6-8 hour shifts based on gastronomy times and get a work plan that is tailored to your and our needs

  • fluent knowledge of German and very good knowledge of German spelling are required

  • routine use of the computer

  • the ability to think and act in a customer- and service-oriented manner 

  • enjoy administrative work and problem solving

  • high self-motivation

  • reliability

  • flexibility

  • teamwork

  • willingness to work shifts (Monday-Wednesday between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. and Thursday-Sunday between 9:00 a.m. and midnight) in blocks during the day or late shift
