Your tasks
Managing projects within our organisation is a major challenge due to the number of projects as well as the complexity. Therefore we rely on your expertise to execute these projects successfully which support our growth ambitions. The Project Manager reports in a matrix to the COO and Innovation Manager. You are the link between marketing, innovation, logistics and manufacturing. Managing the project from idea to launch.
- As a project manager you are the pivot in the process of design, production and construction.
- This process runs from the idea of the marketing / product development department to the actual realization of a project.
- As the person responsible for the project, together with the sales & marketing and product development departments, you make a design with the associated cost calculation.
- For the sales department, these data form the basis for solid sales-pricing.
- After obtaining the project you are responsible for the realization of the project within the set time and budget.
- Broad project commitment towards innovation, manufacturing and supply chain
- You also provide good written reports.
- You are a spider in the web and have extensive experience in managing projects as well as team of real professionals.

Wat we vragen:
Your profile
- Extensive experience as Project Manager (5 - 10 years)
- Preferably in new product development
- HBO education
- Certification in project management is a plus (PMI / PMP / IPMA-D / Prince2)
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt)
- Stage gate process experience
- Experience with multidisciplinary teams
- Analytically strong (excel)
- Stakeholder management skills
- Commercial insight and ability to think disruptively
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English, German verbal and writing is an absolute advantage
