Duties include:
You are going to play an important leading role in our logistics center. Your engagement and your performance will help us making sure, that the quality of our distribution remains on a high level. Therefore you will work together in close cooperation with your team and the warehouse manager. Your tasks in detail are the following:
· Leading of 10-20 employees which also includes shift- and holiday planning
· Responsibility for planning and prioritizing of orders and tasks
· Ensuring a high delivery- and quality performance
· Composing orders from customers
· Maintaining and monitoring stock and supporting your team
Requirements
You have already worked in a teamleading position and would like to develop your skills in a new professional environment.
For intern communication you are able to speak at least in fluent English and good German or Dutch.
Further you meet the following requirements:
· Completed apprenticeship in the fields of logistics
· Target-orientated, independent and punctual working
· Experienced in leading employees
· Organized, Reliable, Flexible, Assertive and Stress-resistant personality
· Willingness to do shift work
