Printing Preparation Technician

- Arrange and inspect materials required for the printing process, according to the applicable specifications.
- Make decisions on when used printing plates can be reused.
- Maintain own plate development equipment.
- Following and responding quickly to changes in production orders.
- Ensuring a timely availability of required materials for the printing process (ink, blankets, printing plates).
- Adjusting the settings of plate development equipment.
- Issuing inks and printing plates to the production department.
- Checking the quality of used printing plates according to the applicable procedures.
