Wat je gaat doen:

The Demand, Supply & Logistics Planner reports to the Customer Services, Logistics & S&OP Lead. This role has 3 main responsibilities: provide accurate forecasts to factories & maintain a good service level, monitor logistics costs and put in place process improvement.

Main activities to be performed:

  • Provide accurate forecasts to factories and maintain a good service level In order to achieve this target, you will need to build a strong relationship with the main stakeholders : you will be the Country Account Managers? key contact, assisting them in building a robust long-term volume plan, by analyzing trends and identifying risks and opportunities; you will be working with suppliers and factories to ensure product availability and on-time fulfilment of orders; you will be building long-term forecasts and identify supply risks and opportunities.
  • Contribute to build yearly logistics budget, reviewing the budget every quarter and monitoring monthly logistics spent in order to deliver the budget: challenging logistics providers and look for saving opportunities; you will be responsible for the operational contacts with our external parties.
  • Putting process improvements in place and leading projects on optimization; Setting up best practices, e.g. process automation and system implementation;
  • In all performed activities, you will have to liaise with internal stakeholders, e.g. sales and customer services, logistics partner and factories

Wat we vragen:

  • Bachelor?s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent;
  • Relevant experience in a similar role;
  • Understanding of Demand & Supply planning basics;
  • Understanding of logistics costs;
  • Drives for results, change and improvement;
  • (Internal) Customer focused and objective oriented;
  • Ability to multitask
  • Flexible attitude, thrives in a dynamic environment;
  • Fluent in English, in both written and verbal communication;
  • Dutch is strongly preferred 
  • Knowledge of planning systems is a plus;
  • Preferably strong Excel analytics
