Omschrijving
As an Industrial Control Systems Security Senior Manager you will support all business areas from Arcadis to ensure all Industrial Control Systems we design and run for our clients are in line with ICS Security standards (like IEC 62433).
You understand engineering principles, theories, concepts, and technologies of ICS. Based on your experience, education, skills, and subject matter expertise, combined with our needs, you can further design our ICS security approach. You will work in a team and you will be mentoring a junior security specialist.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Develop our ICS network cyber threat analysis and protection methodologies;
- Work with engineering in the research and resolution of problems and issues, potential enhancements;
- Develop a professional working relationship with Arcadis? engineers to ensure collaboration occurs;
- Recommend and develop training based on ICS applicable threat scenarios;
- Serve as an instructor on Industrial Control System (ICS) in multiple training programs;
- Proactively stay abreast of developments in industry;
- Provide input to technical proposals and negotiations with potential clients;
- Mentor junior members of the Department's staff;
- Resolve a wide range of issues in a creative way.

It is important that you recognize unspoken organizational limitations ? what is and is not possible at certain times and certain positions. You need to create buckets and prioritizes. As Security Manager you need to combine expert knowledge with broad knowledge of Arcadis. In this role you are actively looking for challenging assignments which improve the information security risk posture and know relevant stakeholders to create buy in. Furthermore, you need to identify and act on long-term opportunities for the organization.
What we are looking for:
- Education: Bachelor or Master;
- Certified ICS Security (like IEC 62443 or similar);
- Experience: > 8 years of which at least 1 year in ICS Security;
- Skilled in ICS/SCADA/Process Control system design and experimentation, control system protocols, process control software, data communications, network security/protocols, wireless instrumentation/security, software engineering, graphical user interfaces, experimental setup and testing, sensors, modeling, and simulation;
- Familiarity with Incident Response planning and mitigation for ICS environments;
- Fluent in written en spoken English;
- Demonstrate rational skills;
- Ensure alignment with key stakeholders;
- Can switch between detail and helicopter view;
- Overcome barriers for change and engages others to act.
