The IT Officer is an important point of contact for the entire organization with regard to everything concerning IT. Your colleagues can count on you when they approach you with a request or problem. The IT Officer is a proven leader in IT projects like implementation of new ERP systems and software/ hardware migrations. He or she will be responsible for generating relevant (operational) reports from databases and monitor and maintaining the computer systems and networks of the organization. The IT Officer will be based in Lelystad and has to be willing to travel to other offices.Responsibilities? Managing and supporting IT projects and roll-out of new applications;? Providing IT support when needed, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;? Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time;? Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with (internal)customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers;? Implementing and maintaining security access to IT sources; and,? The successful candidate will have:? Proven experience in leading and managing IT projects;? Recent experience with (mail migrations to) MS Office 365, SharePoint, Teams;? experience in reporting from SQL transaction database based ERP;? Microsoft certificates;? Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (speech and writing).Furthermore, candidates need to show evidence of the following:? Excellent listening and questioning skills combined with the ability to interact confidently with (internal)clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution;? Excellent employment conditions both primary and secondary in accordance with the Metalektro CAO. The salary depends on your education and experience in a 40 hour working week.
