Context of the position
For a pharmaceutical organization we?re looking for talented and experienced logistics, supply chain and customer service professionals. You will be part of SCM intercompany organization which is accountable for end-to-end logistics delivery and order management in order to deliver medicines from manufacturing plants to patients on time. As S&OP Consultant you will play a key role in providing support to a fast-paced Supply Chain team whilst delivering best in class customer service to enhance the customer experience.
Wat we vragen:
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain related discipline, logistics, supply management, demand management, operational management;
- Bachelor or university degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field;
- Experience in a Customer facing role and general understanding of Order-to-Cash process;
- Financial awareness and knowledge of cost drivers within the Logistics environment;
- Experience of working with LSPs;
- Experience in Project Management;
- Experience in operating within a GMP/GDP environment;
- Interpersonal & influencing skills at all levels, both internally & externally;
- Strong team player;
- Customer oriented mind-set with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders;
- Absorbs change and uncertainty well, flexible and solution-oriented mind-set.
