What you'll do:

The Team Lead position is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to applicants through the daily management of a team of employees to include hiring, training, coaching, problem solving, motivating and recognizing/rewarding. Additionally, the Team Lead is responsible for tracking and reporting key metrics on team productivity to the manager.Supervise the operation of the facility, including customer-facing and back areas, manage staff members, create weekly schedules and assign tasks.

Are you the one?

  • Experience managing a team of at least 10 team members.

  • At least 5 years of customer service experience - a must.

  • Experience in providing service to end-customers- a significant advantage.

  • Technical orientation - a must.

  • Highly service-oriented, excellent human relations, ability to work under pressure and multitask.

  • Ability to work a full-time job.
