Your Job

As our Training Specialist for Belgium, you'll support and develop our Customer Service teams. That means helping CS Agents to find better and more efficient ways of working, giving our customer care the perfect ingredients.That includes producing and delivering training for new starters. You'll make a positive impact throughout the process ? from planning training to creating localised materials and helping onboard new starters.

Want more? We're also counting on you to:

  • Prepare training materials and continuously improve and update them
  • Onboard new colleagues with an introduction training
  • Offer refresher training for current employees
  • Identify process gaps and bottlenecks, and make proposals to fix them
  • Interact with CS colleagues and other internal stakeholders ? e.g. Supervisors, Quality Specialists, Training Specialists and team leads

Your Profile

Ready to take on this exciting role? Here's what we're looking for from you:

  • Educational background in coaching, training and/or people management
  • Experience in developing and educating teams is an advantage
  • Excellent Dutch and French (written & spoken), as well as fluent English
  • Positive, proactive and well-organised approach to your work
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • You're confident working independently, but enjoy being part of a team environment
  • Previous experience with contact centre operations and multiple business departments is useful ? though not essential
