In this position, you will be joining the finance team of a listed company. You will play a constructive role in challenging the team to continuous improvement in Accounting and Reporting following the rapid growth.As Team Lead P2P/Accounts Payable your responsibilities are as follows:

• Managing the full cycle of the global accounts payable process.
• Supervise the accounts payable teams in the Amsterdam HQ office and local entities
• Responsible for improvement of processes and controls of the AP team
• Check and finalize the payments
• Analysing supplier aging reports
• Produce weekly KPI reports
• Coordinate company credit cards
• Process employee expense reports
• Perform monthly balance sheet analysis
• Support period-end close, external and internal audits
• Support tax compliance-related activities

Are you the one?

We are looking for someone who brings:

• A strong accounting background, HBO in accounting
• Thorough understanding of state-of-the-art purchase order processes and the automated matching of invoices
• 5+ years? work experience in an SSC environment and 3+ years as Team Lead P2P
• Strong MS Office/Excel and database skills
• Able to work with ERP systems (preferably Workday)
• Strong in planning and organizing the team and own tasks
• Initiative and proactive nature
• You are a team-player, but you also work independently
• Preferred language is Dutch, with day to day work in English
