We?re looking for a dynamic Account Manager to develop relationships with key clients and add the right ingredients to boost our market position. Ready for the challenge?
Your job
In this role, you?ll be building on our success with the Thuisbezorgd.nl brand. That means developing relationships with the biggest restaurant chains and key accounts in the Netherlands. Using your industry knowledge, you?re able to monitor the market situation, identify new opportunities and take initiatives that help strengthen our position in the market.
We?re also counting on you to provide growth plans and monitor the churn rate of businesses we deal with ? ensuring more businesses remain on our platform. This is an ever-changing industry, which also means adapting to new trends and being on the ball.
Communication is another key part of this position. You?ll be a key contact both internal colleagues and external partners. That means helping our restaurants with onboarding and advising their owners on how to grow ? and increase orders on our platform.
Your profile
Think you?re you the accounts ace we want? That?s great. But can you add the icing on the cake with these points:
- Around 2-4 years? experience in Account Management roles.
- Fluent language skills in English and Dutch (written & spoken)
- Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word and Powerpoint/Slides
- Passion for the food industry
- A network of contacts in the industry is a plus
- Well-organised, flexible and adaptable way of working
- Willing and able to travel for the role
