Wat je gaat doen:
As Legal Counsel Corporate/M&A you will be part of the ambitious legal team in Amsterdam. You will not only work closely together with the Lead Corporate Lawyer and the Corporate Paralegal, but you will also be an important sparring partner for other internal departments, such as Strategic Finance. Besides, you will be in contact with the legal contacts in the 32 countries in which LeasePlan has activities. In your daily work, you will for example be focused on M&A, international partnerships and joint ventures in its broadest sense. Furthermore, you will give general legal advice on corporate housekeeping and/or governance and you will also be involved in international and innovative projects.
Wat we vragen:
You are an experienced, creative and business minded lawyer. You are highly motivated, have got a hands-on mentality and a professional attitude. Besides, you are used to working in an international organization, have got excellent analytical skills and you:
- are a qualified lawyer with 4-8 years of relevant working experience with a reputable law firm and/or in-house with an international organization;
- have Solid knowledge of Corporate/M&A;
- are able to work independently and pro-actively; and
- are fluent in Dutch and English.
