Your main goal is to help the sales team, not only in sales, but also with administrative duties. The aim is to support the Head of Sales and the Team Lead(s) Sales in the daily business.

Your job

  • Providing (administrative) support to the Head of Sales and Teamleads in the daily business
  • Managing planning and agenda of sales meetings and ?coaching/training for the sales team
  • Implementing and ensuring execution of agreed campaigns on time
  • Creating presentations, communication and documentation in local languages and English
  • Preparing statistics, conducting analysis and presenting them
  • Conducting relevant sales related projects
  • Developing new sales approaches

Your profile

  • Min 1-3 years of proven experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions or sales positions that required a very analytical approach
  • Excel and Powerpoint have no secrets from you
  • Knowledge of other useful systems is a plus
  • Being able to multi-task and set priorities
  • Being able to work independently but with a team player attitude with a high level of dedication 
  • Positive attitude and a lot of persistence
  • Working fast and efficient, punctual and occasionally under pressure
  • Communication skills in English and French and/or Dutch
