As a Team Lead Partner Services Poland, you offer Inside and Field Account Managers Team in Poland the ultimate combination of people management, leadership, and sales skills. Your job:
- Management of an Inside and Field Account Managers Team (5-10 people from junior to senior);
- Team development. You organize training and team meeting for your employees;
- Supervision of daily activities and results by ensuring that your team members have all the necessary information to give our Restaurant Partners the best recommendations;
- KPIs and reports management;
- Support the Partner Services Manager in various tactical and operational issues;
Your profile:
- You have demonstrated team leader experience (+2 years) - Preferably in sales, customer services or account management;
- Because of your experience within team development and quality improvement, you know the tricks of the trade like no other and you know how to transfer this knowledge well;
- You feel at ease in a fast-paced environment;
- As an inspiring supervisor, you quickly provide support and you know how to get people "along";
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Polish and English (min. B2)
- You are able to travel around 30-40% of your work-time to assure your field team is well taken care of!
