Wat je gaat doen:

In this role you will support the Customer Operations Manager in the day to day operations and you will be responsible for a portfolio of customers.

When there is an operational escalation you will be the first person who is going to be contacted. Besides that:

  • Project Lead for specific customer related strategic projects;
  • Super User for certain applications (e.g. Digital Portal, Coheris etc.);
  • Help drive operational excellence in Order to Billing and cash collection;
  • Organization and management of Back up Plan;
  • Onboarding and Training of New Customer Operations Specialists;
  • Reporting of Customer Operations KPI?s.

You will report directly to the Customer Operations Manager, together with 7 Customer Operations Specialists you run the daily business.

Wat we vragen:

  • Bachelor level of education;
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience within Supply Chain & Logistics;
  • Experienced SAP user;
  • Excellent English communication skills;
  • Good organizational process management skills;
  • Experience with successful people management;
  • Results focused, proven track record;
  • Experienced in a fast paced, dynamic, flexible and creative environment.
