Your tasks

  • Design & implement a sustainable strategy for Cultural Transformation management
  • Set HR standards for true Employee Experience (eX) within the following touchpoints Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Talent Development
  • Thought leadership and design - in close cooperation with Communications - of cross-cultural, -functional and hieracrhical collaboration and communication
  • Introduce and enable agile mindset & methods - in close cooperation with other agile pioneers at DKV
  • Asses the organisational development needs and drive the relevant strategic projects
  • Support the business with teambuilding, work shops moderation, coaching
  • Enable continous improvement, consult the business regarding organisational set up and organisational design
  • Lead a team of Experts in Organisational Development, Talent Management, Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Strategy 
  • Develop, implement and foster new leadership principles that reflect a new definition of transformational leadership
  • Shape the DKV culture by developing a feedback universe and derive measures to improve engagement, commitment and leadership
  • Support the implement of an Objectives and Key Results framework (OKR) or comparable system

Your profile

  • University degree or equivalent business experience
  • Several years of meaningful experience in leading transformation and cultural development in an international environment
  • Strategic and innovative thinker with the ability to transform strategies into initiatives
  • Role model of integrity, encourage to try things, fail, learn, improve
  • Hands-on attitude, intercultural sensitivity and high level of engagement
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent english skills as well as good german skills
  • Systemic Coach, Agile Coach or comparable training background
  • Experienced in methods like Design Thinking, Kanban, OKR and moderation of events
