The SAS Visual Analytics consultant has specific experience in:
- 2 to 5 years experience with following SAS tools: SAS Visual Analytics, SAS Visual Statistics, SAS Enterprise Guide
- Able to support business with retrieving new insights in the data, by using the correct analytics techniques in function of the business context
- Knowledge of best practices for visualization techniques and a major focus on ?user experience? for consuming information and making data actionable!
- Data modeling of Data Warehouse/Mart in SAS for reporting tools such as SAS VA
- Be able to translate business questions into analytical solutions with the SAS tools
- Knowledge of the marketing and sales reporting processes for the following industries: Utilities, Retail and/or Manufacturing
- Understanding of scripting languages is a plus ? Python, R, ?
- Experience with SAS Enterprise Miner is a plus
General knowledge of:
- Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Communicates and collaborate with customer representatives
