As a Senior Software Project Manager (m/f/d) you are already shaping what the future holds!Our portfolio of web services improves communication between patients and physicians on the one hand, and between the insured and service providers on the other. At the same time, it ensures greater transparency and patient autonomy in medical care. As a project leader, you use your strong interpersonal skills and exceptional service orientation to steer new and existing software projects in the area of B2B2C software and web application products.Your Contribution:

• As a connector for health insurance companies and the product development of CGM, you will take over the (partial) management of projects and initiatives of our clients (service providers), and make sure everything is excellently looked after
• Primary, you are responsible for the portfolio management of our standard products - you adapt our products to the latest IT requirements concerning marketing and sales oriented demands
• You will be responsible for drafting and controlling customer contracts and managing the escalation management in relation to our clients
• You use your conceptual strength to optimize processes and tools

Your Qualification:

• Relevant educational IT background, preferably an academic degree, e.g. in Economics, Informatics, or Computer Sciences
• Proven work experience in software development, preferably in the project management of larger software projects
• Project Management certification (PRINCE2 or PMO/PMI Certification, SAFe) and experience in agile software development
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German (program language is English)
