Analyst - Workforce Management

The Analyst ? Workforce Management is part of the Workforce Management team generatingForecasts and Schedules which are targeted to meet Customer Service KPI along with makingthat schedules are prepared within Labour law boundaries and coordinating Analysis with WFM and Customer service teams..

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate Daily, Weekly, Monthly and yearly KPI reports with Global Customer service teams
  • Generate and Coordinate monthly Global performance dashboard with Customer service management
  • Generate and Coordinate KPI reports to measure performance for Global Workforce Management teams 
  • Act as the data bank for Global Workforce management teams
  • Generate and Coordinate historical data for Forecasting to Global Workforce Management teams
  • Compile Ad hoc reporting as needed to support Contact Centre goals

Qualifications

  • 1-year experience in customer services, 
  • Excellent in MS Office tools like Excel, Words, Power Point, Access
  • Experience with Excel Macros will be added advantage
  • Experience with WFM software is preferred
