From day one you will become a fully functional member of our Operations team being responsible for the global maintenance of our Fountain system. We are using Fountain for the recruiting process of our drivers, thus you will deal with more than 30k applicants per month in more than 7 different countries of takeaway.com. Your Job

  • Responsible for helping to create and implement a strategy for maintaining the recruiting process of the drivers
  • Use of analysis and design techniques to solve business problems within the information technology
  • Make sure that the system runs smoothly without major issues
  • Repair and anticipate bugs as well as organize and direct operations related issues to ongoing projects within the company
  • API integration
  • Design templates within the CRM system for far-reaching automatization of a dedicated driver communication process

Your Profile

We are looking for an intern who is passionate about the dynamic culture in a late-stage and is eager to work with system integration.

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor?s or Master?s studies in IT, Engineering, Economics or a related field, or having a gap year between Bachelor and Master studies
  • You are available from September/October 2019 onwards for 4-6 months
  • You ideally gained first professional experience through internships, ideally in fast growing start up environment, consulting or banking
  • You are able to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics
  • You are highly motivated and able to work self independent in a structured manner to meet deadlines
  • You possess an understanding of both technical and creative processes
  • You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • You are fluent in English, German is a plus
