As our Technical Sourcer, it?s your job to make sure that top talent is added to our R&D team.What you?ll do:
As our sourcing star, you?ll be attracting and engaging with potential candidates through professional networks like LinkedIn and GlassDoor, as well as via Social Media. Additionally, you?re the one developing our sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines to ensure we?re also interesting passive candidates.Identifying and screening the right people for our R&D vacancies is also at the heart of your role. You know what skills and background are needed, and you can spot candidates who are a good fit for our global family.In addition to serving up top-quality candidates, you?re managing referrals and making contact with talent from past pipelines when relevant opportunities arise.As an expert on R&D roles, you have a deep understanding of each position and how it fits into the 10Bis structure. But you don?t get too fixated on just one thing. Our Technical Sourcer is often dealing with various open positions at once, meaning you?ll need to be efficient and highly-organized.

? A flexible attitude and willingness to learn new things
? Strong command of English

? A Bachelor?s or Master?s Degree in Business Management or similar
