The Position
As our recruitment star, you?ll be attracting and engaging with potential candidates through LinkedIn and Social Media. Additionally, you?re the one developing our sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines to ensure we?re also interesting passive candidates.Identifying and screening the right people for our R&D vacancies is also at the heart of your role. You know what skills and background are needed, and you can spot candidates who are a good fit for our global family.In addition to serving up top-quality candidates, you?re managing referrals and making contact with talent from past pipelines when relevant opportunities arise.As an expert on IT roles, you have a deep understanding of each position and how it fits into the Takeaway.com structure. But you don?t get too fixated on just one thing. Our Technical Recruiters often are dealing with various open positions at once, meaning you?ll need to be efficient and highly-organized.
Your Qualifications
? 3+ year of experience in IT recruitment
? A flexible attitude and willingness to learn new things
? Strong command of English
? Good Knowledge and understanding of IT roles
? A Bachelor?s or Master?s Degree in Human Resources/Psychology or similar
