The CEO of Arcadis has committed Arcadis to becoming the digital frontrunner by 2021, and has prioritized digital as a key component of our strategy. Digital will significantly determine the competitiveness of Arcadis in the future. We will therefore increase our management focus and investments in this space. To that effect, a global team has been brought together to further define our digital agenda, and they are working together with the regional digital teams to drive implementation to proactively reinvent our business in the coming years.
The development of new skills within our business is core to ensuring our digital transformation is successful. We have several programs running to enhance our digital knowledge.
We are continuing to look at ways to enhance our digital skills development and improve the business outcomes of our transformation program. Expedition DNA is a core offering in ensuring the success of our digital strategy, and we are therefore looking to continuously improve the program and content.
As the Program Intern - Digital, you will be responsible for:
- Documenting the program contents and building the logistical plan for Expedition DNA, ensuring that you maintain an overview of what is happening in the program;
- Scheduling kick-off meetings including organizing all necessary speakers and facilitators, and collating content, ensuring all necessary participants are involved in each kick-off meeting;
- Scheduling the Expedition program ensuring a logical flow, and working with facilitators to ensure they understand their deliverables in the program and are developing content appropriately;
- Collating content from the relevant program facilitators to ensure that the program can be replicable and reviewed as appropriate for continuous improvement
Functie-eisenNobody is perfect, and that is fantastic. We expect you to fail, learn and succeed in this role. That said, it would be great if you have/are:
- Working towards a Master degree or end phase of Bachelor or HBO degree in human resources, psychology, education, business administration or similar relevant discipline;
- An understanding of project management processes and/or demonstrable experience in managing a successful project to completion;
- An understanding of how digital transformation is changing businesses;
- A self-starter with a can-do attitude for getting things done;
- High levels of personal organization with the capability to prioritise work and meet deadlines;
- Demonstrable capability to logically problem-solve issues, and work collaboratively with others to find solutions to complex problems;
- An engaging and personable individual who is able to communicate effectively with a broad range of individuals (English language fluency is a requirement for this internship);
