What you'll do:
As our Technical Process Manager, you?re always looking for ways to improve our interface and build the connection between our driver dispatchers and tech-focused teams. Listen up. Here?s your chance to be a hero.
Picture the scene: our customer is ready to bite into a delicious pizza. They can smell the cheese, feel the heat and open up the box to?discover they?ve got the wrong topping. Right now, that means several steps for a dispatcher to re-order the item. Your task is to build a user interface which makes it easy for them to fix these issues ? and save the day!
With dispatchers in six countries, our Technical Process Manager also needs to be a strong communicator who can think quickly and cope with high-pressure situations. As someone who enjoys dealing with colleagues across the business, you?re a helpful and informative point of contact.As the link between our tech experts and dispatchers, you?ll have plenty of individual responsibility ? including granting access and guarding our systems. But that?s no problem. You?re a confident self-starter who likes to have a lot on their plate.
Are you the one?
So, you thrive in a fast-paced, scalable company. You?ve got the technical knowledge and people skills to perfect our processes. We?re impressed. But do you also have?
- 1+ years of experience as a Process Manager or related IT role
- Bachelor?s or Master?s Degree in a relevant field
- Perfect-level English speaker, with Dutch or German a plus
- Knowledge of IT automation
