For the Marketing department within Partner Services, we?re searching for an Innovation Manager, someone who?s an emphatic generalist that can quickly jump from one domain to the other.
Your Job
The Innovation manager?s is a strategic thinker, with a background in marketing and project management. You?re specifically responsible for driving and direct innovation within Partner Marketing. You come up with new ideas, fuel others to be innovative and coordinate efforts to make them into reality. Either way, you are the flashpoint by which our Partner Services? new and suggested ideas related to marketing come to fruition
You are a data driven decision maker; able to bring order to chaos and drive large, highly complex initiatives; the ultimate growth hacker through innovation and optimization.
Responsibilities:
Drive New Growth Opportunities - identify, prioritize, develop and launch high-impact innovations and/or optimizations, create a roadmap aligned to strategic business goals and growth priorities
Provide support for feasible ideas and make sure that there is collaboration within all levels of an organization if needed
Ensures Partner Services Marketing is successful in taking its innovations to market in a timely and scalable way
Track and report on innovation metrics and business impact on a regular basis
Create and execute an integrated strategy on sustainability within Partner Services - drive continuous innovation through this topic
Your Profile
3-5 years of relevant experience in innovation, project management, and or marketing
Passion, energetic, and commitment to sustainability & sustainable business practices.
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently with shifting priorities.
Strong relationship management skills, and team player (?Can-do? Attitude)
Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and timeline management
Excellent analytical abilities to utilize market trends and restaurant data in the development of new products and services
