Scoober is Takeaway.com?s food delivery operations department; we manage the driver fleet of 10.000 drivers, order dispatch, logistics and new site launches! Scoober operates in more than 75 cities in Europe and Israel and we?re growing quickly. The food delivery market is competitive, fast-paced, always changing and our team is up for the challenge. What you'll do:
As our Health and Safety Manager, you are primarily responsible for setting up, managing and further developing our HSE policies. The goal within Scoober is to ensure that our company meets the global company standards and guidelines as well as local rules and legislation.
You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of safety processes and procedures. You will coordinate global safety initiatives like the execution of audits/inspections, facilitation of safety education for employees and improve working environments. And of course maintain documentation of all these activities. You will act as a single point of contact for key stakeholders among others, operations line management, Legal, HR and the authorities.
You will do everything to keep our drivers safe!!

Are you the one?
Still up for this challenge? Great! Because we're also looking for..- 3+ years of working experience in a health and safety environment;
- Working knowledge of health and safety regulations, policies and procedures and proven track record in risk assessments, (RI&E);
- Bachelor of Academic degree in a relevant discipline;
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-level health & safety advice across all levels within the organization;
- Perfect English language skills, with fluent in Dutch, is a major advantage;
- Willingness to travel.
