For a big international client in Amsterdam we are looking for a:
Supply Chain Planner
As Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for planning the product portfolio to ensure the right availability of products in the regional warehouses. Products are managed from new product development phase till end of life. To successfully achieve these results you will be working closely together with key stakeholders such as demand planning, sales, marketing and finance.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will create feasible supply, capacity and inventory plans for our own factory and outsourced suppliers.
- You will manage inventory to deliver optimal service levels in the markets.
- You will perform in-depth demand and supply analysis as a basis for continuous improvement.
- You will contribute to the S&OP planning process and take part in the monthly and weekly meeting cycles.
- You will contribute to and/or initiate continuous improvement of supply chain planning processes.
- You will lead and/or contribute to supply chain and other cross functional projects.
- You will provide support to order management and master data management.
- You will manage accuracy for all planning parameters and settings.
Wat we vragen:
Your profile:
- You have a Bachelor degree preferable with a supply chain curriculum and/or qualification.
- You have at least 3-5 years relevant experience in a comparable supply chain position in an international environment.
- You are a good communicator, influencer and organizer.
- You have strong analytical and reporting skills.
- You are able to deal with ambiguity and bring structure to processes.
- You have good knowledge of planning and analysis systems & tools, such as ERP, APS and Excel.
- The ideal candidate must be able to understand and assess the effects of alternative courses of action throughout a fast growing and changing supply chain.
- You are fluent in English.
Wat we vragen:
- A permanent contract with the client.
- A gross monthly salary between 3,000 and 4,000 euros gross, depending on experience
