Your job
As Driver Recruitment Supervisor you will be making sure that the driver recruitment process goes smoothly as well as:- Supervising a growing recruitment team;
- Oversee the driver recruitment process for cities such as Amsterdam, Utrecht, Groningen
- You will be involved in hiring yourself
- Working closely with City Coordinator, Business Planner and Recruitment Marketing to develop forecasts and meet the needs for the number of Drivers;
- Creating optimal recruitment process within available tools;
- Be a liaison between recruitment/payroll agencies and City Coordinator and city needs;
- Providing workshops to the team and coaching;
Your profile
- >2 years of people management experience
- Ideally experience in recruitment or fast paced environment (e.g call center)
- You have strong communication skills, you like to organize and take the initiative;
- Ideally, you are familiar with (food) delivery and know the needs of our drivers;
- Flexible to travel to Amsterdam
- Dutch language skills on perfect level
- Hands-on mentality
- Flexible to work weekends and evenings
