We?re a scalable company with an increasingly global presence, but we?d never have made it this far without the drivers who deliver those dishes to your door. With our driver fleet ? Scoober ? continuing to grow, we?re looking for a specialist who can mass-source for this role and help deliver the people we need with the help of external agencies. This role is based in our stunning office at the heart of Amsterdam, but our Global Sourcing Specialist is always looking out at the wider world.What you?ll be doing:
As our Scoober Sourcing expert, you?ll be creating and maintaining a global agency sourcing strategy to help us consistently attract drivers in big numbers. That means that you create and keep overview of local labour markets and wage developments. You will be in charge to set up the needed governance structure globally. We?re also counting on you to develop and oversee a performance dashboard to assess how agencies meet their KPI?s. As well as deciphering the data, you?re confident communicating those insights across the business, and dealing with our Operations Country Management, Legal and HR to ensure that hiring targets are realized. Comfortable in an autonomous role which involves making key decisions, our Global Sourcing Specialist is also a good collaborator. Working closely with agencies, you?ll need to manage a number of relationships to ensure that our sourcing mix has all the right ingredients!In this role you report into the Head of Driver Operations, who oversees the recruitment process for both internal and external drivers.Are you the one:
So, you?re a natural networker with a smart strategy to improve our sourcing. And you?re on top of the latest developments in the regions we cover. We?re impressed. But we?re also looking for?- 5+ years of experience in sourcing or a relevant HR/Agency role
- Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Marketing or a similar field
- Perfect English, with a strong command of Dutch
- An ability to structure your own workload
- A willingness to travel with work
