On behalf of our client we are currently seeking an International Tax Manager to ensure that tax rules and compliance are in line with the global tax strategy. You?re responsible for (in time and ) "acceptable" tax filings and taking care of tax documentation in accordance with (international) rules and regulations. You will be part of the finance team and have frequently contact with external tax advisors and authorities.

Functieomschrijving

In this position you will report directly to the manager finance. Your main responsibilities are:? Set up a fiscal knowledge database as a corporate memory and communication tool, regarding corporate income tax, trade tax (VAT), wage tax, withholding taxes and other applicable taxes.? Coordinate and maintain the master and local transfer pricing files in cooperation with external advisors and manager.? Coordinate and maintain and monitor the tax control framework in cooperation with external advisors and manager.? Monitor (international) tax returns and support employees and external advisors with their filings.? Perform internal audits on key fiscal controls and their risks/exposures.? Manage external tax audits.? Review group structure and investments in light of changing tax legislations.? Make suggestions to further optimize the tax structure including estimating possible legal implications.? Maintain a good relationship with the (foreign) tax authorities.

Profiel

For this challenging position you need to have a university degree (Law / Tax) and at least 5 years experience as allround international Taxmanager. You have solid experience in documenting and reviewing transfer pricing files and in documenting and reviewing tax control frameworks. Besides this you are used to work in a changing environment and can act as a true business partner. You?re fluent in Dutch and English.
