We are in search of a Supply Chain Coordinator for the department Scoober of Takeaway.com, the leading food delivery platform in Europe. The food delivery market is growing at extreme speed and is highly competitive, which asks for agility and responsiveness to ever changing circumstances.
Who are we:
Being based in Amsterdam, operating in more than 70 cities and10 countries in Europe as well as Israel, you will be representing Scoober, the internal logistics provider of Takeaway.com. Here you will work closely with another internal department, Partner Services (PS), who take care of buying and distributing all merchandise and disposables throughout Europe. The primary objective is to supply our drivers with the most suitable equipment for their job in the most efficient, cost-effective manner possible.What you'll do:
As Supply Chain Manager you are responsible for the logistics, development, and supply of equipment to our local operations. You manage the relationship with PS and help them improve to facilitate our growth, as well as managing a feedback loop between the properties and PS to provide the optimum driver package. Further, being a part of the Facilities Department, your skills will be utilized to aid other aspects of the business, including Fleet and Property management. Because of this, you can expect a diverse working environment where the ability to adapt to ever-changing circumstances is imperative. Key responsibilities include:
- Alignment with all countries, departments;
- Single point of contact between Scoober and PS, including SLA management;
- Monitor, analyse and improve logistical performance;
- Translate R&D into the optimum equipment package;
- Stock management (identify critical stock levels and implement solutions).
