As our new Learning & Development Specialist, you?ll design and build fundamental global talent processes from the ground up based on Employee Experience thinking. Together with business stakeholders, fellow HR Specialists and HR Business Partners, you?ll help us engage and retain our employees. Not only will you create new talent products,, you?ll also prepare the implementation of each of them.
Working your magic on subjects such as performance management, learning, talent management, well-being, diversity and inclusion, you?ll act as our Talent Manager?s right hand. Your scope will extend to our entire global staff and Scoober Drivers on the road, so working flexibly and independently is an absolute must.
Your profile:
You either have a Master?s degree with a minimum of 4-5 years of work experience or a Bachelor?s degree with a minimum of 7-10 years of work experience. You sound amazing so far. But are you also?
- An independent expert on multiple talent-related topics?
- Able to form a clear vision on talent management?
- Skilled at project management?
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and highly dynamic organization?
