From day one you will become a fully functional project member of our team for strategically important topics for our management. You will be working on different projects for standardization of our processes and structures, cost and operational optimization, communication and performance.
Your Job
- You will work closely with the logistics management team to drive multiple cross-functional projects which are key contributors to define our national strategy at C-level
- You will work on KPIs and business performance reporting and support decision making based on statistical data analysis
- You will work closely with the local German team and use your management communication skills to drive initiatives that improve our growth
- You identify best practices and help share these across cities and countries
- You will think out of the box and challenge existing processes to further increase our operational efficiency
- You will work on ad-hoc projects and analyses across functions and geographies
- You will be given responsibilities from the first day and become a fully functional member of our team
Your profile
- We are looking for an intern who is passionate about the dynamic culture in a late-stage and is eager to work with data. You like to break down, simplify and summarize complex problems and to communicate your findings to your stakeholders.
- You are in the last year of your Bachelor?s, or somewhere in your Master?s or MBA programme and have outstanding grades to match
- You are available for 4-6 months
- You ideally gained first professional experience through internships at a management consultancy, investment banking firm, Big Four company, OR have experience in a corporate/project management role
- You are highly motivated and communicative, very energetic and independent in handling business challenges
- You possess a hands-on mentality, drive an analytical and structured approach of working
- You are comfortable working in a dynamic and high pressure, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent written and verbal English and German skills are required
