As (Junior) Depositary Officer, you will interface objectively between clients and the regulatory authorities. Your Depositary Team will be responsible for a wide spectrum of control services, including asset valuation controls, ownership verifications, NAV controls, risk and compliance controls. In this position, you will report directly to the head of Depositary Services and are stationed in Utrecht (perfect for public transport).Your main tasks and responsibilities will be: ? Performing controls and assisting your fellow team members with regard to cash flow reconciliation and significant cash flow identification services;? Analyzing fund portfolios and verify legal ownership of fund asset;? Assisting in the execution of due diligence on depositary related operations (custody, cash management, reconciliations, fund administration, transfer agency);? Monitoring rules and regulations (Wft, AIFMD, UCITS);? Contributing to the global operational risk management program of the Securities Services whilst acting as depositary and custodian.Profiel
For this challenging position, we are looking for candidates with a degree in finance. If you are a starter and recent graduate, the company asks that you bring a Master in Finance with no experience needed. If you already have some experience with, for instance Cash management or Treasury, in the banking industry, a Bachelor in Economics or Finance is sufficient.
