Right now, Takeaway.com (including our Lieferando.de brand) are delivering food to customers across the country. But we need top Customer Service talent to keep them coming back for more. That?s where you come in.
As our Project Manager, you?re tasked with creating and overseeing key projects across CS. Based in a lively office close to Ostbanhof station, you?ll be working at the heart of both Berlin and Takeaway.com!
What you?ll do:
The biggest part of your role? Perfecting our projects, of course! As Project Manager for Customer Service, your expertise will take us every step of the way. To kick things off, you?ll identify useful ideas that fit our business needs ? and define the scope of your initiative.
But that?s just for starters. As a planning ace, you?re able to assess risk, find the resources you need and settle on a budget. Then it?s onto monitoring and managing your project. Success? Great. Lessons to be learned? You?re always looking to find better ways of working.
So, you?re a highly-skilled project manager. That?s great. But your communication skills will also be needed to deal with a range of stakeholders.
As well as managing expectations, you?ll help find resolutions when they have conflicting points of view. And of course - you?re keen to pass on your learnings and insights to the business.
Are you the one?
If you?re still reading, we reckon you?re a talented manager of people and projects. But do you also have?
- 5+ years of experience in project management or similar roles
- Background in providing quality training
- A Bachelor?s or Master?s degree
- Perfect English, with knowledge of German and Dutch a big plus
- The ability to analyse data and reach key conclusions
