As a Project Manager you will be fully dedicated to the success of Takeaway.com?s food delivery operations. We manage the driver fleet, order dispatch, logistics and new site launches in more than 70 cities in Europe and Israel and we?re growing quickly. You?ll be responsible for implementing a wide range of projects, varying from operational to strategic. Whether you?re integrating another company or rolling out a new dispatching system, you will experience a high degree of autonomy and are empowered to be creative and forward-thinking.
Your Job
- Translate project plans into detailed roll-out for our global initiatives
- Measure and report on the success of new projects after they go live
- Assess practical needs and project requirements for the Operations Team
- Coordinating activities across different organizational functions, maintaining collaborative relationships with other departments, such as Sales, Customer Services, IT and HR
- Coach Junior Project Coordinators to enhance the maturity of our project community
- You?re constantly looking for possibilities to further improve operational results, e.g. by monitoring market developments
- Close cooperation with the project management and line management team across Europe
Your Profile
- Bachelor?s degree, Master?s degree is a plus
- Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in a project management, operations, banking or consultant role
- A born realizer, goal getter, structured worker
- You are able to act autonomously and in a team
- Experience / certified in Prince2, Agile, Lean or IPMA is a plus
- Fluent in English and German
