To support our strategy, we are introducing a new role within our Partner Services department: E-Commerce Manager. In this newly created role you will bring our webshop (B2B marketplace) to new heights. You will manage all aspects of the webshop, advise internal en external stakeholders and help create specific e-commerce content. You, together with the team, will create a seamless and compelling experience to our partner restaurants to deliver on the growth ambitions for this platform. You will work largely within our department as well as with people of diverse functional backgrounds.In this key position you will report directly to the Director Partner Services.
Your job
- Direct and Manage the new E-Commerce team;
- Contributing to the setup and success of the new E-commerce team;
- Webshop & Content Management;
- Turning your expertise into a E-commerce strategy and take actions in line with it;
- Taking ownership of the platform and drive its success;
- Assessing strengths, weaknesses, needs and opportunities in how Takeaway.com and vendor products are presented and marketed on the platform;
- Promote Takeaway.com?s brand name and its services to partners
Your profile
- A minimum 5 years overall leadership experience;
- Proven skills or knowhow in Digital marketing, E-Commerce and/or E-retail;
- An agile mindset, focusing on ?must haves?;
- Ability to take initiative and challenge the status quo;
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels;
- Results and detail-oriented mindset, with a hands-on attitude;
- Time management, organization and prioritization skills;
- Solid team player who can translate company strategy into concrete plans;
- Excellent understanding of the industry;
- Fluent in English;
- Bachelors/University degree;
