You love to create easy-to-understand content for all internal communication and guides within and across different departments to improve reach and engagement. Through your content our riders will be kept informed about important changes as well as events. You will make sure that all information is spread within Germany. By developing our internal communication strategy you can make an impact within Takeaway.com.
Your Job
- Develop our internal communication strategy through collaboration with different internal stakeholders
- Responsible for the creation, planning and send out of all communication material with our riders (at a regional and national level) in an easy-to-understand manner and nice tone of voice
- Plan and execute community-engaging activities (events, newsletter, discounts) and track KPIs for determine potential for improvements
- Redesign our communication tools (Slack, Mailchimp, Salesforce) and optimize internal communication processes and ways of working cross-functionally through knowledge guides
- Develop an understanding of internal challenges and make sure that all the important information reaches all the impacted stakeholders
Your Profile
- Degree in Communications, Public Relations or Marketing
- Minimum of 2-3 years? experience working in a communications or similar position
- Excellent writing and editing skills to create easy-to-understand content
- Strong time management and organizational skills as well as ability to work under pressure to reach deadlines
- Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders
- Fluent in written German and English
- Familiarity with Mailchimp, Salesforce and email campaign management preferred
