Takeaway.com is looking for an energetic and motivated HR Admin to join it's fast growing office in Bucharest. Takeaway.com is a listed leading online food delivery marketplace, focused on connecting consumers and restaurants through its platform in ten European countries including Romania.
Your job
- End to end responsibility for the HRIS data entry and administering all data including processing starters, leavers, employee changes, leave of absence, employee status and other ad-hoc requests using Workday (our HRIS).
- Prepare contracts and other HR documents for relevant positions
- Arrange and maintain employee files and accounts
- Creating statistics and evaluations
- Ensure a smooth hiring process for new starters
- Absence control- maintenance of absence and vacation accounts
- Work hand in hand with HR Business Partners, Payroll and Recruitment on other topics as needed
- Supporting Senior HR Admins with administration
Your profile
- Work experience in HR Administration or an HR Generalist role (1-2 years of experience)
- Familiarity with Workday (HRIS)- an advantage
- Experience with SAGA payroll software
- Knowledge about Romanian labor law is an advantage
- Bachelor degree
- Romanian on perfect level, English - high level, both in writing and speaking
- A helpful, service-minded and friendly way of liaising with employees
- Efficiency and accuracy in your administration
