As a scalable business, we?re continuing to expand. That means we need an expert in high-volume recruitment to oversee the hiring of new drivers, working out of our vibrant waterfront office in central Amsterdam.What you?ll do:Our Global Manager - Driver Capacity is involved every step of the way, from the start point of designing & overseeing online recruitment practices to the final step of onboarding successful candidates. In Takeaway.com terms, you?re doing everything from finding the ingredients to preparing the meal!As the key focal point of our driver-hiring process, you will also use data to inform realistic hiring goals and offer training to local operational teams - ensuring the process goes smoothly at all levels.In addition to having a wealth of experience in high-volume recruitment, this role needs someone who can communicate those valuable insights across the company. Our ideal candidate will also liaise with senior management to ensure that hiring plans match the company?s plans for growth.Being a strong communicator and planner, you?ll also have the chance to build and develop our cross-functional process team. To produce a system of fast conversion and selection, we need a department who can excel at the task, and we trust you to assemble and mentor them.Part of this job requires you to travell across our Continental Europe offices.

Your profile:

If you?re still reading, chances are you?re a multi-skilled recruitment ace who can help perfect our process for candidates. But we?re also looking for?
  • Minimum of 7 years? experience in (mass) recruitment or other conversion-related processes, preferably in a management role
  • Project management
  • Track record in leadership and business development
  • A Bachelor?s or Master?s Degree
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-stakes environment
  • Perfect-level English speaker. A strong command of Dutch is a plus
  • Willing to travel
