As a Customer Service Employee at Cygnific, you have contact with all German speaking Rituals customers, via telephone, e-mail and social media. You like to help, inspire others and always go for the personal touch. With your meaningful answers and suggestions you give the customer the ultimate relaxed Rituals feeling. You can expect many different questions, for example about the online shop, the products or current orders. In this you ensure that the customer is helped as well as possible and continues with a smile!
