For the Marketing department within Partner Services, we?re searching for a Marketing Specialist for the German, Austrain and Swiss market (DACH). As a Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for orchestrating all marketing activities for the DACH market, specified to our partner restaurants, using all elements of the marketing mix / channels offline and online.
Your Job
Our Partner Services department is the driving spirit behind our goal of maximising results for restaurants and keeping them loyal and satisfied. By supporting restaurant owners with relevant insights, smart tools and great promotional materials, we develop an environment in which all parties benefit. Your role in this:- Development of annual/quarterly marketing plans, working closely with the wider marketing team, partner services and sales to align on business objectives
- Develop, execute and optimize campaigns that contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty, advocacy and revenue focused on our B2B platform by using different channels.
- Develop content in line with the buyer journey.
- Collaborate with internal marketing specialists, partner services and sales teams, to ensure that campaigns are being followed up.
- Providing effective marketing assets and tools, actively driving the adoption and utilisation of such tools to increase sales performance.
- Analysing reports and data to understand the impact of your campaigns on the business, testing, optimizing and sharing best practices
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed a University degree within a suitable field OR finished a Suitable apprenticeship
- You have at least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a comparable job
- Understanding of marketing mix and channel elements
- Data-driven
- Fluent level of German and English (both written and spoken)
- Willing to work in a fast paced environment
