As a Restaurant Consultant in our Partner Services Team, you lift Takeaway.com to the next level. Meet the restaurant owners and work together with them to achieve the best results possible!
Your Job
Due to your efforts, our partner restaurants know everything about our partner programs, services and the merchandise and we know exactly what the restaurant owners need and wish for. You consult the restaurant owners in how to become even more successful on our platform.
- Build strong relationships with the restaurant partners and ensure high satisfaction with our collaboration
- Ask the right questions to find out about and react to the restaurant's needs as well as possible
- Consult the restaurant in the usage of our website and services and promote the products
- Create win-win-situations with every visit
- Work closely with your Partner Services team in the office, while you are on the road to the next restaurant
Your Profile
- Experience (< 2 years) in a relevant position (preferably Account Management or Field Sales)
- Experience with the restaurant business/hospitality or food and beverage industry
- Excellent communication skills and commercial approach
- Romanian skills on a perfect level and English on a fluent level
- You live in Cluj and know the city well
- You have Driving license
- Flexibility and adaptability to a changing and developing environment
- Independent and pro-active way of working
- Good sense of humor
