Wat je gaat doen:
You will be the solely responsible for the worldwide tax affairs for AmbaFlex. You will work inside the team of financials. In your role you will manage all tax affairs, you will review the tax fillings and work alongside external tax advisors.
In this role you will:
- Set up a fiscal knowledge database as a corporate memory and communication tool, regariding the CIT, VAT, wage tax, withholding taxes and other applicable taxes.
- Be responsible for the timely and accurately filling of our taxes.
- Coordinate and maintain the master and local TP files in coorperation with external advisors and manager.
- Coordinate, monitor and maintain the tax control framework in cooperation with external advisors and manager.
- Monitor (international) tax returns and support external advisors with their filings.
- Perform internal audits on key fiscal controls.
- Be responsible for the tax documentation in accordance with international tax rules and regulations.
- Make suggestions to further optimize the tax structure including estimating possible legal implications.
Wat we vragen:
- A Dutch degree in Fiscal Law or Fiscal Economics and at least 6 years of relevant workexperience, preferably gained in an international tax area.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written.
- You have strong communication, , time management, problem solving and teamworkskills.
