Your activities:
Contributing to the positioning of and drafting commercial plans for your own PMC. You keep up with new developments and trends in the market of your PMC, enabling you to contribute to the development of new services. You are expected to draw up a sales plan for your PMC and determine the sales actions to realize same.
New business. Acquiring new big customers for long-term contracts. Preparing and presenting tailor-made supply chain solutions to prospects. Being responsible for the sales process in close cooperation with the sites, logistics engineer and project manager. Drafting offers based on cost price calculations. Being responsible for big and complex tenders and contract negotiations.
Building and maintaining the right network. Preparing contacts for large prospects and optimizing a network in the Netherlands, as well as abroad in order to generate leads.

Who are we looking for?
To successfully fulfil this position, we are looking for an entrepreneur, somebody who can open doors and act as a sparring partner for complex logistic problems, working on the basis of ?consultative selling?.
Further:
- In possession of a bachelor?s degree;
- Work experience and knowledge of warehousing & distribution;
- Experience and network in the chemical sector;
- Somebody who is comfortable with Dutch and English with both verbal and written.
At least you communicate clearly and persuasively and you are able to translate the requirements of the customer to unique solutions.
