Are you currently based in Amsterdam ánd speak German fluently, looking for a great job opportunity? This might be your lucky day! We are looking for a Customer Service agent. You will be the first point of call for German and English speaking customers.
It will be your job to inform and advice clients about different light products. You will be answering technical questions as well. Don?t worry! You don?t need to have a technical background to do this work: you will be trained by the company in order to answer all the questions customers will ask you. You will be contacting the clients by using the phone, sending e-mails and through several social media platforms.
Examples of questions:
-I?m experiencing a technical malfunction constructing my LED-highbay, could you please help me?-I am planning to buy a cloud ceiling for my office. Could you please advice me?-I ordered some floodlights today, when can I expect them?

Werktijden:
You will be working Monday till Friday from 9am ? 6pm. Once a month you will be working on Saturdays (9am ? 6pm).We are looking for someone who is available for at least 24 hours a week. If you want to work more hours, that is even better!

Functie eisen:
- Experience with telephone customer service is an advantage
