You are the primary contact and service provider for the customers of an innovative online razor brand. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for helping customers with various questions. The questions can vary from administrative of nature to helping the customer as a ?razorblade advisor?. You will answer these questions via social media, chat (direct messaging) and phone.

Werktijden:

Open from 8:30 ? 17:30 from Monday till Friday. They are looking for someone who can support the customer service team on a fulltime base.
